Book Review-Seal Team Six: Hunt the Fox by Mann/ Pezzullo

Seal Team Six:  Hunt the Fox
By:  Don Mann/Ralph Pezzullo
Publisher:  Muholland Books

Mr. Mann presents another spell-binding Seal Team Six book in “Hunt The Fox”.

Thomas Crocker, Chief Warrant Officer and his Black Cell team are sent to Syria to find eight canisters of sarin gas that is believed to be in a tunnel at the Abu-al-Duhur air base.  All they had to do was get in, get the canisters and get out!  It is not advisable for any American to be in Syria but especially since they are in the midst of a civil war.  Crocker and his Black Cell team know if they don’t find and retrieve the canisters it will be used to kill thousands of people.

Loved this book!  Although it is presented as a fiction story, it parallels a lot of truth in the happenings currently in the Middle East.  Mr. Mann weaves and intricate story filled with danger, loss of comrades, birth of a baby as bullets are flying, operating on an ISIS leader, Al-Kazaz’ brother along with presenting a humanitarian side of the Black Cell Seal Team Six.  The twists, turns and subplots kept me glued to this book until it was finished. At times it was a nail-biter!  I can’t wait for the next one.  I still feel this should be made into a mini-series for TV.  This does have some language content.

Disclosure: I was given a copy of this eBook by the publisher, Muholland Books, through NetGalley blogger program for review. I was not required to write a favorable review nor was I compensated for my review. The opinions in this review are my own.
