Pups of the Spirit, is a sweet book teaching children about the fruits of the spirit.  Each pup has special qualities they will share with your child as you turn each page.  Each of the nine pups show how God’s spirit grows through love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

The authors did a remarkable job breaking down Galatians 5:22-23 into an easy to understand story that will teach your children the meaning of the fruits of the spirit.  Although I am a grandmother it was a nice reminder on how we are supposed to act.  What is not to love when you wrap puppies, stunning illustrations and easy reading for those in the age 4-8 category?

In my opinion this is the perfect book for teaching your young child about how God wants you to be.  It will become a treasured book by your children not only because of the adorable illustrations and the playful pups but most importantly because of the wonderful story it teaches.  This would be a great book to add to your child's Easter basket this year.
Disclosure:  I was given a copy of this book by the publisher,ZonderKidz , for an honest review.  I was not required to write a favorable review, nor was I compensated for my review.  The opinions in this review are my own.
