Ruby McPhee, a Vegas casino manager, is being stalked by Crowley, the son of a politician, who keeps paying his son out of trouble.  This time he attacked Ruby in her home, so she had to find a place to hide until the police could deal with the situation.  Her sister Scarlett McPhee lives in the small town of Sweetheart, Nevada, so Ruby and Scarlett trade places since they are identical twins.  Scarlett in her haste to get out of town to meet with her on again off again boyfriend forgets to tell Ruby, she and the Sheriff are dating.  It only takes one kiss for Cliff Dempsey, the sheriff, to know that she is not Scarlett.  Upon hearing her story he agrees to keep her identity a secret.  With Scarlett out of the picture will this relationship blossom?  What will happen to her stalker?  These are questions that will be answered as you turn the pages of this easy to read entertaining book.
If you need a light entertaining book to read this is it! This romance novel has a great plot with believable characters.  I found myself rooting for Ruby from the first page and wanting to knock some sense into Cliff and the town’s people all at the same time.  In my opinion this book has it all…a little mystery and intrigue and a whole lot of romance.  There are no graphic sex scenes or explicit language.  This is a great book to read for entertainment.
