Book Review - The Night Is Forever by Heather Graham

Suspense With a Supernatural Twist!

The Night is Forever
by: Heather Graham
Publisher: Harlequin

This book takes place in present day Tennessee, but is filled with Civil War History and folk lore of the area. Blending the old with the new makes this book interesting and entertaining.

Olivia Gordon works at a horse farm that specializes in rehab therapy for people with physical and mental issues. Her specialty is in horses. She feels horses can teach you boundaries in just about every aspect of life. She loves her job...that is until people start dying for no reason. Olivia is not your normal therapist...she sees and speaks with ghosts. When the owner of the horse farm, Marcus Danby,is found dead of an overdose of heroin she calls her cousin who is a member of the Krewe Unit. Dustin Blake who is FBI and a member of Krewe is sent undercover since he grew up in the Nashville area and no one would suspect he is there to investigate a murder.

MS Graham weaves an interesting plot by mixing history, modern day and supernatural without it becoming a history lesson. There was just enough mystery and suspense to keep me turning the pages. I have read most of MS Graham's books and this in my opinion is one of her best. Every chance I get, I read her books because they are fun and entertaining.

If you are a fan of the Civil War, suspense and a little mix of the supernatural you won't be disappointed reading this book.
