Vignette Effect

I was having a play today using inks to create a vignette effect using this Sarah Kay stamp. I am pretty pleased with the outcome. The Sarah Kay image is colored with prismacolor pencils and Gamsol and is mounted on silver mirror paper, ribbon from stash. For the image vignette I used Metallic silver ink from Ink It Up and for the card, I used Brilliance Dew Drop Mediterranean Blue.

Stamped Card

I made this card some time ago Using a Sugar Nellies stamp. I colored her using prisma color pencils and Gamsol. Then highlighted it using Copic metallic markers. Background papers B0-Bunny. Phrase stamp Kolette Hall (Precious Friend) Flowers are from my stash.

I Can't Believe I did It

I promised myself there would never be a Blog in my life! Well obviously I didn't keep my promise. I, or rather my son told me, that I needed to get into the 21st century before I was too old to remember what century it is. (LOL). He told me that I needed to share my crafts with others who enjoy crafting. Each card or scrapbook page that I do is a work of love from my heart. Crafting is the best stress reliever in the world. I hope you enjoy my crafts and they inspire you to create your own cards and scrapbooking pages.
